20 years

It's been 20 years since I have seen my Uncle Mitch. Actually it's been 20 years since my mom has seen her brother. The last time we saw him was at my Uncle Larry's wedding. I was 9. This year at our family reunion my grammy tried to get all her kids there since it was the 25th anniversary and we were taking a huge family picture. My Grammy has 5 siblings who all have tons of kids and grandkids. My Grammy had 6 kids also. Unfortunately one of her boys, my Uncle Jace was supposed to come and ended up not being able to make it. Mitch and his wife Maryann drove several hours from Santa Fe, CA just to visit for one day and drive all the way back home. It was so nice for them to do that and also really nice to finally meet my Uncle again and his wife for the first time.
