I went down to Vancouver the other day and spent the day with my sister. Our friend Veronica met up with is in the late afternoon and we went to a fun urban eatery. I think it was called either Lapell or Latell. Anyway, we stuffed ourselves with the yummiest appetizers and talked, laughed, chatted with Tyrone S. our server ( who informed is he was originally from the east coast and that is in fact how he knew Brits duck boots were LL Bean. )
After lots of gabbing, and laughing we headed to the Rose Garden were we watched the Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions. It was really geared toward the young fans but was still entertaining for us none the less. We saw GABBY DOUGLAS,
JORDYN WEIBER, and ALI REISMAN all perform on their floor routines, bars, and beam plus Nastia Luieken. There was a lot of circus ole and a few dancing with the stars type dances with a man and woman. Trampoline gymnasts as rhythmic gymnasts.
I had a TERRIBLE time taking pics because the lighting was so flashy and strobed. Plus it was dark except for the light effects.












It's fun hanging out with these girls. Its always a night with laughs and fun!
