Anger

It's a funny thing how random things spark anger in a person whether they want it or not.... I am really finding this out over the past week... I guess it's all part of the grieving process.

I may look like this on the outside...



But I am really feeling this:



I have tried really hard to not react outwardly...and in some instances I know I have failed. It's so weird almost like I just don't have control over my anger. I'm so frusturated....
